[cobalt-users] Trouble getting any response from SolarSpeed.net

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had an alternate contact e-mail for SolarSpeed.Net.

We've e-mailed them three times over the last month asking a few questions on their
virus/spam scanner package and their PHP upgrade package for the Raq 550's and we have
never heard back from them. I'm starting to wonder if our e-mails are somehow being
filtered away.

And I guess while I'm at it... has anyone here encountered any PROBLEMS while
installing their Raq 550 PHP upgrade package or their spam filtering package for the
Raq 550's?  Or did it go smoothly?
