[cobalt-users] Raq550 httpd restart error or warning?

On my Raq550s ... When I restart my httpd, I get the following message. 
Is this a warning or Error?  Why is it killing in line 3?  The number
killed is different on each of the Raqs.

[root]# /etc/init.d/httpd reload
Reloading httpd: httpd ok

[root]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Shutting down Web Service:  httpd ok
/etc/init.d/httpd: line 3: 18642 Killed
