Its at a collocation when I ask them to reboot it does come back up
although it has come up on its own on occasion. I use internet seer to
monitor the site.

Are you sure the system is going down and that you are not just loosing
a
connection to it. There have been stories here on the list about
certain
routers dropping connections.
Is the computer in your possession or is it at a colocation facility?
