Strange, I have found their support to be absolutely brilliant. I always
get a voice at the end of the phone within 30 seconds of dialling and
they're always helpful and knowledgeable. I've called them at 2 in the
morning and still got through to a real person. I guess it depends on your
level of knowledge. I know very little so it's easy for them to help me as
I don't meddle too much and usually have simple queries. If you're more
advanced then you can handle the simple stuff yourself and it's only when it
all goes horribly wrong that you need support.
Thanks for the tip though. I'll have a look at that.
