Better still might be to say "Over quota" or some such believable message
which gives the same impression (account exists but cannot be delivered to).
Just make sure the error is a 5XX error or the other server will continue
pounding on your mail queue (standard over-quota is a 440 error I believe
which is a "soft" failure - basically says try back later).
