The last option appears the most easy, but partition magic don't support xfs

Partition Magic Supports both the Linux Swap, Ext2 and as ov version 8 also
the Linux Ext3 Partitions.
Move your Source and destination Drives to a standard pc with a floppy and
boot from the PQ floppies. Then dup the partitions over and resize them as
you like.
Occasionally I have found that PQmagic does not like some cobalt partitions
- if tat is the case on your machine you will have to start PQmagic with
the /ipe switch ( a:\pqmagic.exe /ipe ) And then you may have to recreate
the swap partition manually.
Once complete Move the 120gb drive into the raq and let it build the raid copy.
(Be aware that Norton Ghost has major problems with the Linux partitions so
don't even go there.)
