That is a tough one!
First use cmu to save everything, then use cmu to import to
the new drives
Easiest way is to do a restore with the 2x120s
The other way is to do a restore on the 120's, to get them
properly formatted
Then copy or tar-up the parttion data on the 40's
then untar to the 120's
Another way may be to dd the 40's to the 120's and then
use partion-magic or some such utility to adjust the
partitions.
