[cobalt-users] Relaying denied

Hello,
I have approx 70 sites set up on my Raq4, and this is the first time I've
had this problem. I'm getting a relaying denied message when I try to send
an email to a new domain and email account I've just setup. I can send
emails to this account from other email accounts on my Raq4, but not from a
different ISP. Please see error message below:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at eircom.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Giving up on 212.67.197.38.

Has anybody come across this before?
