- which cobalt server are you using ?

- is the problem with an external client (which) or webmail (which) or 
perhapes a shell account ?

- Are you logged in as an admin ? or are you a regular user on the box ?


I'm afraid there realy is no information in your mail for anyone to help 
you this way.
