OK, I found out how to adjust the Core Voltage for the CPU
I also found that Qube3/RaQ3 300Mhz use 2.2V core processors,
and can easily accept 500 and 533 Mhz 2.2V core Processors.
The Qube3/RaQ4 450Mhz systems use 2.0V core porcessors.

On a RaQ3/4 there are five 0 ohm resistors that control
the core voltage, R196, R197, R198, R199, and R200.
These resistors are also marked 'A' 'B' 'C' 'D' and 'E'.
I suspect that these same resistors are used on the Qube3

The resistors are located near the edge of the board and
to the left of the LCD connector, remove the RAM DIMMs for
a better view!

The resistors are similar to the configuration jumpers on most
MBs and allow you to set the core voltage.

To adjust the core voltage it is just a matter of removing
or inserting 0 ohm resistors. A 0 ohm resistor is really just
a wire. So a small wire may be soldered to the pads to
obtain the same affect.

A 2.0 volt Core Voltage is obtained by; (450Mhz Qube3/RaQ4)
  Resistors R197, R198, R199, R200 are installed,
  Resistor R196 is NOT installed.

A 2.2 volt Core Voltage (300/500/550Mhz Qube3/RaQ3/4)
  Resistors R197 is installed.
  Resistors R196, R198, R199, R200 are NOT installed.

A 2.4 volt Core Voltage (for a K6-III processor)
  Resistor R198 is installed.
  Resistors R196, R197, R199, R200 are NOT installed.

The following /proc/cpuinfo is from a RaQ4 with a 533Mhz Processor
running at 550Mhz.
