Funny, Matt... our experience was exactly the opposite.  We use Plesk
tech support and Plesk Professional Services all the time to maintain
secure, robust, scalable solutions for our clients, and we've never been
able to build a relationship with the people at Ensim; every time we've
tried we've never gotten further than a sales rep who's only interested
in what we're going to buy today.
