You should be able to connect to it using the console and a null modem
cable.

Burn the ISO to CD-R. Boot the CD in a machine with one of the
cobalt-support NICs in it. I forget the full list of supported NICs but 3Com
3C-905C and SOHO-100 works for me. Connect the Raq to the machine with a
crossover cable and boot following the instructions as displayed on the OS
restore CD. This process WILL erase all data and restore the Raq to its
original state.
