[cobalt-users] Raq4 moved from collocation, now can't get into it

Wondering if anyone can give me a hand in figuring out what I'm doing wrong.
We purchased a Raq4 2 years ago (sight unseen), and now the collocation
facility is getting out of the business, so we brought it back to our
office.  Unfortunately, they didn't change the ip address like I originally
asked, and now I can't seem to get access to it.  I've changed the ip (to an
unused address on our network), but can't get web/ssh/sftp access.

Is there any easy way to get this working?

Also, are there instructions for using the .iso's on the iso's?  I will want
to rebuild the box (for future selling), and can't seem to find any
instructions on how o use the iso's without a cdrom drive.  Or do I just put
the drive in another pc?
