I have to add my .02 worth.

I had Alex from raqport try to do some work, which took him 3 minutes, charged me and said the problem was fixed.  It was not.  I called, left messages, sent email, no response.  I asked for a refund.  No response.  I finally had to threaten him and he finnaly magically called me back.  I did get him to refund the money.

Thanks to Leslie and Gerald for helping me out on the problem and getting the box going.
