Do Not deal with that company! The name changed from when I got screwed, but
as soon as I read the address...same address! Same phone number!

I received (some time ago) my Raq 2 that was "running when we pulled it from
the cabinet" but funny thing...everything rattled when you tilted the thing.
I opened the case only to discover it was a bunch of parts loose. No drive
brackets, no fan, no drive ribbons, two different brands drives...not
plugged in...

I was told "oh, something may have came loose in shipping"!
Ebay would not back me up, and he was no help. He was working with a guy in
NJ. The guy in NJ sold it, but it was co-located at raqport. They had a good
scam...no one knew anything. Made it sound like I did something!

They told me to send it back to them and Sun MAY cover it under warrantee.
They were good dealers for Sun...

If I catch either of them...
