OK, who is actually providing the dns for you sites?
from doing some checking, it looks like
PRIDNS.ARTEJANO.COM is the primary and
DNS2LO.HIGHWAYONE.NET is the secondary

Are you making changes to the dns on the primary or only on you RaQ?
It actually looks as if the dns is set up correctly, it mostly likely is 
not set up correctly in the GUI.
I think part of your problem is dns times.  Most updates are set to 
86400.  Are you waiting for the dns to propagate before checking?
