Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately a non-starter. Both domains
(wall-2-wall.com and designwall.co.uk) are listed in the local-host-names
file. In the GUI both sites are set up on the same IP address (internal)
which is mapped through NAT to the same external IP address. Both sites also
have their domain in the "Email aliases" field.
I've gotten rid of the CNAME records now as per advice, replacing them with:
designwall.co.uk in A 62.232.14.174
mail.designwall.co.uk in A 62.232.14.174
www.designwall.co.uk in A 62.232.14.174
designwall.co.uk MX 30 mail.designwall.co.uk
wall-2-wall.com in A 62.232.14.174
mail.wall-2-wall.com in A 62.232.14.174
www.wall-2-wall.com in A 62.232.14.174
wall-2-wall.com MX 30 mail.wall-2-wall.com
When checking the sites, both respond correctly (in fact, there's a third as
well but that doesn't use email). Wall-2-wall.com gets email correctly.
Designwall.co.uk is just one huge failure.
Any more suggestions before I present my ISP with a new and rather
embarrassing request for additional IP's :-)
