If it's a RaQ4r the partition ID is 'fd' not '83'
Download the latest RaQ4r iso from the ftp site.
Also check your ROM version, make sure it's up-to-date, we ues 2.3.38 for 
RAQ4's, "cmos -c romrev' will give you the ROM version.
