That's good anyway - I'd squirrel away a copy of that file for safekeeping.
Using the makemap command with that file should give you a reasonable
hashed version (unless of course it has duplicate entries in it as others
have described).

Maybe it is hosed up somewhere inside the cce ? I'm sorry - I have a Qube3
and haven't had to muck around with virtusertable before - though I am
familiar with makemap (because of the access table).

PS Maybe you could post on the Sun Raq forum - at least Sun Tech Support
people monitor that forum and post responses to it. I'm not saying that
this list isn't helpful - in fact it has been very useful - it's just that
apart from a few ex-Sun employee's we virtually never see any responses
from Sun employee's here.
