Matt,
Look for virtusertable.backup.1 and virtusertable.backup.2.
look at both for irregularities and determine which one is the most
complete.
Then edit the best one (after backing it up) and look for duplicate entries.
This whole thread is making me remember better, what I did to fix it.
anyway, you may find irregularities and duplicate entries in the
virtusertable. correct them, copy back to virtusertable and then try again.
