Any chance your using Open Web Mail 1.81??

I've been fighting/trying to figure out a similar problem on a Raq4r only I
see a Internal Server error on sending.

Hello cobalt-users,

  All of the sudden, I cannot send attachments through my raq4i smtp
  server.

  I'm trying to send a message from one account on the domain to
  another and the message sends just fine, no errors, but it doesn't
  ever make it to the other account on the same server.  A message
  without an attachment goes through just fine.....

  Attachments worked just fine yesterday?!?

  Any ideas about where to look?
