this is a transcript of an smtp session to your box, the important part is
de "relaying denied". I bet the mailserver has only an alias of
"www.tlcpets.com" and misses "tlcpets.com" which causes it only to accept
mail for username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx instead of username@xxxxxxxxxxx
