What you're asking depends on many factors. Is the forum in PHP or
some Perl CGI? In this case, PHP would be better optimized for the
machine. I'd think your R450 would be able to handle this load, but
there are many variables. For something like this you'd be better
off (obviously) with a RaQ550 with lots of RAM.
As for the collection of CPU+Memory stats, you could use MRTG to
graph CPU and memory utilization with little problem.
