No, it has nothing to do with email. 

It's a common message which we all have in our message
logs if we're fully patched. It's generated by BIND
when changes are made to the DNS server. It's nothing,
it's just BIND trying to pick-up with it's previous
PID before you made changes. It's just a little bug
that was introduced with the changing of BIND to run
as user "named" vs user "root" -BIND creates a new PID
when you click "save changes" so just ignore it -it
means and does nothing.. Check the archives and you'll
find many ref to this topic over the months/years..
