Gerald,
This is the error that I get when I try to install it:
"There was a problem with the package file. The pre-install script failed."
This occurs when I try to do the update automatically and also when I have
downloaded the PKG and tried to install it manually through the web
interface.
Is there a way to install this through the command line?
Matt

We have installed the pkg on freshly restored units with no problems. Are
you getting an error message?
