+Have you take the fans apart, cleaned them and lubricated them?
+This will usually give them entirely new life.
+
+Remove the seal sticker, wash the fan in warm soapy water, dry it with an 
+air compressor and place a small drop of light dc motor oil on the 
+bearing. 
+Replace the sticker and presto - a new fan.
+
+Works with almost all pc-fans I have ever seen that were "dead".
