That is easy to do as well.  Either you can rip apart the PHP file, and see
how it is automated.  Or if you have the CLI version of PHP, you can install
it that way.

For sites that do NOT have it enabled, it points to a 'Non Enabled" page,
which then in return can be changed to include an auto setup feature, where
they say they want to purchase, and boom, it installs.
