I had the same issue on my RaQ3. there is a quirk to activating the Pop
Before SMTP on RaQ3's. You have to uncheck it on the GUI, save changes
in both the email config area, then at the main menu (this restarts
services). then go back into the GUI and activate pop before smtp, then
save, save. Then go back and shut it off and turn it back on one more
tome saving, saving between each. When this is all done, it should work.
