Does anyone run CBMS in-house?

We're looking at it, but want some additional user feedback before taking the time to push forward with the installation and integration.
I'd be more than happy to hear of similar solutions for Client Billing and online customer relationship management solutions - preferably open-source, but reasonably priced commercial solutions are also an option. I'd particularly like to see a decent online project management/timesheet type application, then ones we've trialled to date were cumbersome and inflexible.
