The Qube has built in webmail, where you will have to add openwebmail to
a raq550.
not a big thing, but the missing integrated webmail was a nasty surprise
when we started using 550 instead of modified Qube's.
Also, if you use php applications build on a qube3 which use certain
physical file access, they probaly need modificatioin on the 550.
Mappings such as /sites/www.depopo.net/blah in the 550 are just
symlinks, which map to things like /sites/112/users/110 etc etc. I have
seen several php applications like thumbnailers fail when copyed 1 on 1
from a qube to a raq500.
Last thing i run into: the Qube PHP has built in gif *WRITE* support,
which you will have to port to JPG on the RAQ550, GIF write support has
been removed due to copyright issues.
so, while the 550 is a vastly superiour machine, the switch may give you
some work ..
