John,
Thank you it worked! I have been able to remove the users by adding them
as server administrators and then removing them.
Regards,
Ben

I had that same problem. I found the users listed in the Active monitor
Usage area for users. I do
believe that the maximum space issue was also the same.
The problem was discovered when I tried to add a user and the GUI just
came back to an empty entry
form with extra features. I tried it several times with different
names. Looking at the User list
for that domain . . . the user I added was not their. I looked at the
Active monitor for user usage
and the names I added were on that list but nowhere to be found to
delete. They also had a disk
usage as unlimited. When I cancelled that empty form mentioned above, I
got a list of all users. I
found the ones that I needed to delete there. The others I deleted by
making them administrators
and then deleting them from the administrator list.
I hope this helps someone who has this problem too.
John
