+I received an email alert on Sat 3/29/2003 4:14 AM for
+Qube3-All-Security-4.0.1-16402 and this STILL does not show on the update
+page.

Qube owners get e-mail notices of updates??

What about Raq owners?  Sun abandoned the Cobalt-Announce
list last October. Is there a replacemnet from Sun?
