[cobalt-users] User Unknown problem.....

Hi

I've been trying to figure this out but failed. Can anyone help? I have a 
Cobalt RaQ4 server with a virtual site configured as mail.shawhotels.com

I get this error (see below) but when I send mail to jimmy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx the 
message gets delivered successfully.

Any ideas what's going on?

The only thing is that this is the one domain for which I do not have the DNS 
control over. All DNS settings for other virtual sites that are managed in 
this server are also configured on the same Cobalt RaQ server.

Has that got anything to do with it?
