[cobalt-users] OT/Related Product: Toshiba Magnia SG20

A new client has Toshiba Magnia SG20's in 3 small offices...
anyone with experiences with these (particularly compared to
a Raq), please contact me offlist (please use
prwarner at yahoo.com for offlist address).

These look like they're in the same status as a Raq with
Sun - Toshiba's trying to sell @$1500+, TigerDirect and
eBay @ < $300.  I'm concerned about support/patches as well
as general reliability since they seem (per specs - I
haven't touched one yet) overly proprietary (claim you can't
up memory from 128mb, can't add HD, etc).  Is there a similar
user-support group as this for the Magnias?  I'm particularly
interested in ease of remote-support v. cobalt.
