[cobalt-users] RaQ4: customer cannot query its email any longer....



Hi !

A customer cannot query its email any longer.

"A problem arose during the registration at the Mailserver. The password was
rejected. Konto: 'mail.xxxx.com', Server: 'mail.xxxx.com, Protokoll: POP3,
Serverantwort: '-ERR [SYS/PERM] Unable to process From lines (envelopes) in
/var/spool/mail/fincoach1; change recognition mode or check for corrupted
mail drop.', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): no, Servererror: 0x800CCC90,
Errornumber : 0x800CCC92"

The server refuses the entrance to the mailbox, if the customer uses a Mail
program.
If the customer uses the Openwebmail entrance, then he can open the mailbox
problem-free.

Why doesn't the mailbox function any longer correctly?
 How can I repair the error?

I looked in archives for a solution, however unfortunately nothing found.

Please help me !!!
