done that! not helping.

no it is just empty (checket su - postgres, pgsql cobalt, select * from
quota; empty table)

And as I mentioned, this is only when the quota table is broken! mine's
not, it's just empty. deleting it and then running swatch (which should
recreate it) doesnt work - nothing happens and nothing gets created.

but I dont get an error, I just get an empty table reply.
