The usernames/passwords of the sub domains must be used. Not webmaster
(the default of the base site).
For example:
www.mydomain.com/~username1 use username1 and its
password
www.mydomain.com/~username2 use username2 and its
password

Subject: [cobalt-users] [RAQ4r] Password for Frontpage userweb not
accepted
Hallo,
One of my customers have Frontpage root Web and three user webs under
www.domain.com/~username (/home/sites/sitexx/users/username/web). He can
access root web with login and password, but trying to access user webs
authetications screen came again and again asking for password, but he
gave the right password. I tried too, and we changed password and tried
again, but without success. He tried to open from root web
www.domain.com and tried to open direct www.domain.com/~username with
the same effect. Is so correctly (i don't use frontpage)? My RAQ 4r have
frontpage serverextensions they came with RAQ and all patches. I didn't
changed anything in frontpage settings on the server or users site. Any
idea? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.
Kind regards,
Mike
