There's a newer version, and I think it's a possible security patch.
Supposedly it's located here:

Searching for A record for ftp.cobaltnet.com at f.root-servers.net:
Got referral to D.GTLD-SERVERS.NET. [took 114 ms]
Searching for A record for ftp.cobaltnet.com at D.GTLD-SERVERS.NET.:
Got referral to ns1.cobalt.com. [took 62 ms]
Searching for A record for ftp.cobaltnet.com at ns1.cobalt.com.:
Reports that no A records exist. [took 124 ms]

Answer:
No A records exist for ftp.cobaltnet.com. [Neg TTL=600 seconds]

Details:
ns1.cobalt.com. (an authoritative nameserver for cobaltnet.com.) says
that there are no A records for ftp.cobaltnet.com.
The E-mail address in charge of the cobaltnet.com. zone is:
cobalt-sysadmin@xxxxxxxx
