There's a newer version, and I think it's a possible security patch.  
Supposedly it's located here:

ns1.cobalt.com. (an authoritative nameserver for cobaltnet.com.) says  
that there are no A records for ftp.cobaltnet.com.
The E-mail address in charge of the cobaltnet.com. zone is:
