I'm going to summarize the answers for the relaying denied question:
1. If your users are assigned dynamic IP addresses for their connection to
the Net, install and use POP before SMTP.
2. If your users are assigned static IP addresses, add their IP addresses
to the relay list.
You do not have to use POP before SMTP when sending mail through your ISP's
mail server as they have added the IP addresses assigned to users on their
network to the mail server relay list.
