[cobalt-users] Raq550 Majordomo Mailing List Problem

I purchased a Cobalt Raq550 last summer when they first came out, and have
done all the updates as they have been released.  I just recently decided to
use a mailing list for one of my customers, but can't seem to get it to
work.  I have setup the mailing list exactly as instructed, but every time i
send an email to any of the designated email addresses I get an error
message saying the user is unknown or doesn't exist.  I really need to get
this fixed and have searched the extremely slow support forums and the
cobalt-users archives without luck.  I keep hearing something about a DNS
issue that could possibly cause this proble, but I am using 2 external
RedHat 8.0 servers as my dedicated DNS servers.  I've checked all the config
files and everything seems to be fine.  What am i doing wrong?
