IIRC, there is a bug in the UI. Enable "POP before SMTP", disable it, then
enable it again (feel free to correct me if I am wrong about that). I
guess that portsentry did not like the repeated connections. :)
You don't need a hosts.allow entry for SMTP. "POP before SMTP" is designed
to work with dynamic IPs. If you or your users have static IPs, then add
them to the relay list.

You do not need this feature.
Email me off-list if you want me to look into your RaQ3i. I will require
shell (SSH) access.
