the reason my colo apparently can't do a rebuild til tomorrow is that we
need to pay for it before they will do the work. obviously tech support are
still there but the accounts dept went home about 7 hrs ago!
i assume they're going to rebuild it off-line. they did say it would be
rebuilt fully patched...
