The others are correct, but its simple to fix... I am assuming that they
are a self contained system with no public servers internally (they are
probably hosting with you). Thus, their internal DNS does not need to
propagate to the Internet. If it does, then you might need to enable
them. I am not even going there.

Just have them go to their server and disable the check box that says to
register the system in the DNS. This is in the network properties (right
click My Network Places, Properties, then right click the LAN connection
and do properties, then look under the DNS tab of the advanced TCP/IP
properties.

There is no need to do it on the workstations as the DNS is hierarchical
and they report to the internal server which is then reporting to you.
All you need to do is get the server to stop reporting to you.
