Our SMTP is only used by those who have domains hosted on this same
server. I have tried turning POP before SMTP on, but as soon as I do
this I can not even connect to my email account. As a matter of fact,
the first time I tried to do this, portsentry locked my out, so I had to
add my IP to the hosts.allow and portsentry.ignore files to even try
further testing. I have never been able to get that to work.

I just added the 3 lines required to the sendmail.cf file to activate
The RSS black-hole list from mail-abuse.org

I am not familliar with how to use the m4 method to check or add the
FEATURE(relay_based_on_MX), can anyone tell me what needs to be in the
sendmail.cf file for this feature to be running properly, and where I
start looking to get pop before SMTP working.

Thanx for the help everyone, I am slowly getting a handle on all this.
