On the Raq550, when you change the name of that index page to index.htm, the
server still creates a page named index.html.  There's only one line in this
file and it reads "THIS IS JUST A HACK UNTIL THE LOCALE...".  The add site
script must be creating this file somewhere.  Any ideas where this code is
located and how to stop the index.html from being created?
