We host for ourselves, for shared-account resellers, and for
rental-system users as well as colocation users.
As for ourselves, we use ORDB, Spamcop, and Spamhaus on our shared
servers. We offer spam blocking to all our clients, and recommend the
same RBLs.
We do let our customers know we spamblock, but we don't tell them the
details unless they ask.
We've had one client notify us (twice) that one of his clients couldn't
get email to him because of our blocking. In both cases the blocks were
spamcop blocks that disappeared shortly thereafter and that satisfied
the client, who says he likes our spam-blocking.
