I use SPEWS, Spamhaus and the Spamcop BL and will be adding ORDB and
SORBS shortly.

The only complaint I ever got was regarding SPEWS. But after looking up
the info the client checked and part of the business of the person who
had their mail bounced was apparently also a porn spam operation so that
was the end of that complaint. "Yeah, her boss is apparently a scumbag"
was what I was told about the mail that was rejected. Lately, SPEWS has
expanded their listings of Yahoo due to Yahoo ignoring complaints about
spamvertised web sites they host. I haven't had any complaints about it
yet, but there have been some posts in news.admin.net-abuse.email from
Yahoo users.
