Pretty much all the DNS based blocklists (RBLs) use 127.0.0.X (2,3,4,5) to
indicate that the IP in question _is_ listed (meaning it should be blocked).
If you had an actual IP address that you know is in the RBL you could also
use that and should get the same result (not technically an error, it is the
RBL code "working").
