Subject: [cobalt-users] qube3 email retreival / distribution problems

We've recently installed a Qube3 which is meant to retreive a POP box
catching all mail for a certain domain. It seems that the Qube is
connecting okay to the POP box, but it isn't actually distributing the
incoming mail to the qube users.

------My Answer------
*Did you put the name of the domain that you are getting it from, the domain
that the mail is going to. I have my qube setup with a different domain,
domain2.com, and our outside hosted site domain1.com. The qube has to be
setup to accept mail for both domain1 and domain2 otherwise it won't process
the mail from the outside source.

Go To Email ---> Email Servers ---> Advanced tab ---> Receive Email
Addressed to Hosts/Domains (optional). That spot should list your domains,
the qubes domain, and the external domain where your mail is going to.
